Wrapping up a busy month, a couple of restocks, and a sale!
Hello tea friends,
Happy June! Hard to believe, isn’t it? The time passes like flowing waters. Here at Broken Cup Teahouse, we just wrapped up probably our busiest month to date. At our weekly Community Tea Bar pop-up series, we got to meet lots of new people, introduce folks to our seasonal roster of teas, as well as show off a couple of very special, very old teas. In addition to the tea bar, we also…
vended at Boston Night Market and poured cold brews all night long;
celebrated with artists, families, dancers, and creators young and old at the Camberville Asian Festival;
hosted an oolong tea class and tasting at a public library; and
hosted the first ever in-person Boston Gong Fu Cha gathering at my house!
I know I’ve said it before, but I cannot emphasize enough how grateful I am to be part of the wonderful tea community here. Even as my customers, people are always offering to help me with setup and clean-up. The other day, someone even brought snacks to share at our tea bar event! Indeed, generosity too is an element of beauty in tea.

Our 2015 aged white tea is back in stock! Super clean, light, sweet, and rich. And even older now!
Our 2023 Honey Orchid is back in stock! Same tea maker, same processing style, same mountain, different tea trees. Mr. Chen harvests each tea tree only once a year.
Our 2022 Fruity Lapsang is now available in two sizes, 25 g and 50 g. This and the 2021 Yuja Peel, two of our most popular teas, are now on sale!
