🙌 New Teas & TEAWARE + A Small Thanksgiving Sale

Dear tea friends,

Happy Thanksgiving! If you've been gripping the edge of your seat awaiting our promised sale, well grip no more, it's finally here!

First, a few shop announcements:

• We just launched our first ever teaware collection! Just a few each of teacups, teapots, teapot plates, and gaiwan whose beauty we are astounded by. Modern, vintage, and antique finds. Very, very excited to share these with you, and we look forward to seeing what people gravitate towards to help orient our future teaware sourcing as well! (Also I promise I will work on taking better/more standardized photos in the future. 🙈)

• 2 new gift/sampler sets just added, an Oolong Variety Box and a Fancy Oolong Variety Box. Just in time for gift-giving season!

• Lots of new vintages just released:

  • 2024 Winter’s Dawn - our first high mountain oolong from this year’s winter harvest season;

  • 2024 Osmanthus Red - same style of oolong tea made from a new cultivar (Jin Xuan), which we blend and roast with osmanthus in-house just like before;

  • 2024 Stone Chocolate - new vintage with the same blend and roast recipe from Mr. Chen.

• And last call on the following teas: 2015 Longevity, 2024 Spring Dawn, 2024 Osmanthus Green, 2023 Osmanthus Red, 2023 Stone Chocolate, 2023 Dark Honey.

The BCT Thanksgiving 2024 Sale - Now Until Sunday 12/2 11:59 pm EST

1. FREE shipping on all orders above $40, no code needed!

2. For every $30 spent, you will receive $5 towards your next order! For $60 spent you will receive $10, and so forth.

   1. All items in the online store count towards the total spend - tea, teaware, gift sets, or gift cards!

   2. Please note: If you use an existing gift voucher to pay for your order - which you are more than welcome to do - the amount of that voucher will not count towards earning your next voucher, but the remaining portion of your order will count.

If we may, just a couple of suggestions:

Please note: this will be our biggest as well as last sale of 2024. Come early December, we will be participating in a marathon of local holiday markets, and we anticipate selling out of some of our current selection of teas then. So if you’ve got your eye on something, now is the time to get it!
