New pickup location, recent tea events, & a bit of press
+ new teas and a teaware sale on the horizon!
Dear tea friends,
Recently, as some of you may know, Fernando and I moved to a new apartment - we are now by Union Square in Somerville!

This means a new location for tea order pickups, as well as for private tastings. The address is already updated on our online store; please take note when you check out. And if you are a monthly Tea Learners Club subscriber who usually picks up your orders but would now like it shipped instead, just drop us an email: hello@brokencupteahouse.com.
The house is still quite chaotic at the moment, but once things are mostly unpacked (or hidden away…), I am planning to host a community tea gathering at our new place. Currently looking at early to mid July - stay tuned…!

A bit of press
A few weeks ago, we were invited to share our story with the folks at CanvasRebel Magazine! Feel free to take a look at Meet Yin Guan, an in-depth interview about BCT, myself, and our approach to growing this business (in 2 words: slow and organic).
New teas on the horizon
… or rather, on planes, trains, and automobiles (and boats). :) Honey Orchid kicked off the 2024 spring season for us, a few more have *just* arrived, and others will be rolling in over the next few weeks. I am very excited about this spring’s fresh oolong line-up; we will be presenting our largest curation of teas to date, and all the samples have been tasting really lovely. Please keep an eye out for a big drop in the next newsletter!
Teaware sale
When the teas drop, there will simultaneously be a small teaware sale/giveaway. I am downsizing my personal collection and would love these clay and porcelain pieces to find their new homes! Here’s a sneak peek of a few:
