Getting excited for 🧀🍵🍷!
Hello tea friends,
Happy summer! Summer can be either a busy or a slow time in the tea industry, depending on the corner of the tea world that one occupies. For us this year, I feel very lucky to be keeping busy with various projects at Broken Cup Teahouse. First up, this Saturday 6/24, Calif Trinh from Formaggio Kitchen and I will be hosting guests for our collaborative tea & cheese tasting! Even though this is just a one-time event, we have both been working nonstop on it for the past 30 days. I think it’s not an exaggeration to say that we have put thought into each and every single detail: how the cheeses will be cut and served; how the teas will be brewed and served; all the way down to choosing between 2 crackers that are identical in taste but different in texture.
If you’ve been holding off on getting your tickets, we have just a few spots remaining for the 2:30-4:00 pm seating - now’s the time!
