High Mountain Oolongs Are Here + Teaware Sale/Giveaway

Dear tea friends,

Our spring high mountain oolongs are now live in the shop! This spring, we selected 4 teas, all from tea makers and gardens that we have previously sourced from. Here is a fun guide for choosing among them, via a human-and-tea matchmaking personality test:

• You like to start your mornings with a bang, refreshing and energizing. You prefer your perfume or cologne bold, like you.

• You’ve cultivated a certain sensitivity to music and the arts, and find joy in lighter, simpler meals.

• You’re a unique combination of bold and reserved, loud and soft, restrained and unrestrained.

• You enjoy a stroll through the woods, seeing the sunlight glittering through the treetops while listening to birdsong or perhaps lofi.

Or, you can taste all 4 in this set (or gift it)!

*Please keep in mind that all 4 high mountain oolongs were all made in the same style, and the differences are subtle. Also, they are some of the most expressive teas out there, and can show different sides of their personalities depending on how they are brewed.

Teaware Sale/Giveaway

…is also live now! I am whittling down my personal collection and would love for these pieces to go to a new home where they will be used more. All teaware will be given as FREE gifts with tea purchases above a certain amount ($50+, $100+, or $150+).

All of the teaware is on this spreadsheet. Here is how it works:

1. First come first served. All sales final. The spreadsheet will be updated regularly as pieces are sold.

2. Please write in the COMMENTS section of your order which piece you would like. The spreadsheet will be updated diligently, but you can check with me first to make extra sure that the piece you want is available before purchasing (hello@brokencupteahouse.com). Or, you can list multiple pieces in order of preference in the comments; i.e. if your #1 piece is sold out, you would be fine with receiving your #2.

3. Shipping policy is the same as usual: free shipping above $60, otherwise $5.99.

4. Newsletter readers will have a day or two to shop first, after which the sale will be posted on Instagram.
